Crestron’s VC-4 Virtual Control allows Crestron developers to be able to develop and test programming from wherever they are, without physical access to hardware. This will undoubtably improve the quality level of programming available as well as reduce the need for onsite time by developers and technicians doing field testing.
As many Crestron developers are not familiar with VC-4 and it’s installation procedure, we’ve written a guide and developed a mini-tutorial to assist our colleagues in taking advantage of this development.
We created a YouTube channel, available here HumaneInterface that we’ll add various tips, tricks and tutorials to. The link for our VC-4 Server under AlmaLinux under VirtualBox tutorial is available directly here.
